As we have reported earlier today, Samsung is planning to release a smaller version of its flagship device Galaxy S III. Before the official announcement, its specs and images have been leaked over some German websites.
Galaxy S III Mini will have a 4-inch AMOLED display with WVGA resolution of 800×480, 1 GHz dual-core CPU with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory with MicroSD card slot, a 5 Mega Pixel camera with flash and a front facing VGA camera. It will come with latest version of Android (Jelly Bean).
