The much awaited Office 2013 Beta Preview still seems to keep people guessing. Contrary to everyone’s expectation Microsoft kept a low profile on the issue at the recent WPC in Toronto. The company officials kept mum on the matter & pointed that Beta release has been delayed. Rumors prevail that Office 2013 (code-named Office 15) Beta was developed with too many bugs, thus the Consumer’s Preview is pushed back to late July or early August.

Office 2013 Read Mode
The leaked news that suggests Metro Style UI & PDF Editing features has made the wait more irresistible for the end users. Paul Thurrott revealed that the application will automatically set text in a columnar view for an improved experience. Hence users can effortlessly mark a spot on the document and return to it immediately as they reopen it.
The final version of the Office 2013 is scheduled to be launched sometime in early 2013, a few months after the launch of Windows RT and Windows 8. However, Windows RT devices will be bundled with their own version of Office 2013.











Word I got from an MS Source was that we would get this announcement before some of the attendees got home. We should know by Sunday at the latest.
